crustless pizza

EvilGenie -> RE: Food Game~ (11/11/2007 2:23:18 PM)

oreo, LOL, a close approximation to a yorkshire pudding in the US would be a popover and it is either done individualy as such or in a large family style pan. Basically it is the same recipe as a popover and is moist-ish in the hollow inside and golden and crunch on the outside. Almost a crepe batter that when hits the hot oil or dripping of the pans or pan causes it to inflate and give the textures mentioned. I hope this is a better explaination than you have gotten in the past! If not let me know.

EvilGenie -> RE: Food Game~ (11/11/2007 2:45:40 PM)

An edit to say crunchy as I obviously can cook and write though not spell tonight!

crustless pumpkin pie (pudding).............I am not a big fan of pie crust and usually eat the middle leaving the crust. So I do this recipe in my crockpot and get tons of filling without the crust!

oreogirl -> RE: Food Game~ (11/11/2007 7:17:01 PM)

Thanks Genie.  I lived with Brits for over a year an never got an explanation!!!  Unbelievable.

Anyway, No to the pie.  I don't care for pumpkin that much.
