There goes probably stealing MY 'purist' line! [:D] ---------------------------- yes ------------------------ a baby spinach, manchego cheese, sweet onion and tomato pannini with a light spread of honey mustard (I also use a lemon zest mayo depending on mood.)

Oh yeah! ----------------------- ceviche with lots of lime and a little fresh chili, fresh flat leaf parsley, a hint of coriander (cilantro) and sweet red onion served in a butter lettuce lined goblet with sweet/hot Thai chili sauce
