yessssss ----------------------- roasted mashed sweet potato balls, rebaked with citrus zest, fresh nutmeg, a small touch of dark brown sugar, butter, salt and pepper and rolled in chopped pecans and freshly shredded coconut before baking. NO marshmallows!

OH GOD It does sound good, especially with lots of noodles. Sweet potatoes baked in honey and creamy butter (hopefully home made)

It's ok to give up at the holidays and besides, anything with fruit in it isn't fattening [8D] ------------------------------ cornbread and caramelised onion stuffing, with fresh sage, thyme and marjoram, cream and homemade chicken stock. Baked to crispy golden goodness.
