THANK YOU ALL FOR HELPING ME MAKE THS WIN ONE OF THE MOST DELICIOUS WINS EVER! I want to thank everyone who gave me great ideas for sides, entrees and desserts throughout our game. The meals I was able to prepare were all due to me totally stealing your food ideas as we played! My family stomachs say thank you and I want to share a favorite meal with all of you. Fresh whole spinach, sliced Granny Smith green apples, and walnut salad topped with a caramel sauce Baked white pepper and garlic chicken with seasoned rice, roasted red pepers with herbs, and steamed broccoli with cremy butter Lemon struesel crumb cake Served with white whine or champagne spritzers, ginger ale for the non alcoholics, and / or a really nice spring water with a citrus fruit medly for flavor.

Yes to the fruitcake a page back, though the booze I could do without I'd still have some --------------------- red cabbage and apples cooked with a spoonful of brown sugar, ground Moroccan caraway and cider vinegar at end. Sort of a sweet & sour thing going on. Not cooked to mush either.

Absolutely and very popular in Morocco with it's proximity to Spain -------------------- baby greens salad with cheese, nuts and blueberries in a light and tangy lemon vinagrette
