With a proper large crouton and gruyere run under the broiler? Yes ------------------------------- homemade blueberry jam, made by roasting the berries with honey allowing the natural pectins and honey to thicken it. Can be done with any berry though blueberry is a fave............no kidding huh? lol

Yes but I seem to have lost much of my appetite for peanut butter of late. You roast them in a pan in a relatively hot oven for a shorter period of time than vegetables. --------------------------- brie and roasted garlic with fresh thyme and lemon zest beggar's purses

May I drool now? I have done similar with acorn squash and it is luscious ---------------------- braised chicken and apple sausages cooked with red onions and balsamic vinegar in the broth. Reduce all of the broth out and the balsamic glazes the sausage and onions while they crisp up and brown.
