Mmmm...sounds a bit like poutine. For the record, poutine is mostly a Quebecois thing. There's a few variations, but traditionally it's french fries covered in cheese curds and gravy... Salt fish and ackee?

mmmm Yes to venison sausage....i love almost any kind of sausage except maybe those that contain organ meats but if i didn't know that was in there i would probably like them too..ha ha Mussels in a spicy white wine broth with lots of good sourdough bread?[8D]
