Osso buco is veal shank that is braised with lots of vegetables including tomatoes and lots of wine. Some Chefs use Marsala in it others use Sherry, I prefer a good Sangiovese based red wine. The veal makes a very rich flavorful sauce and it cuts like butter if braised properly. Hope that helps. Maybe I should start a thread about cooking on here LOL

LOL well Sasy you must not be much of a meat eater, it really is quite delicious.
Yes to the Caesar salad for me, but I bet many people do not realize that true ceasar dressing is made with anchovies (fortunately I love them) soooo...
