BLT? Sure, on one condition... absolutely no mayonnaise. I hate mayo, and people seem to drown the thing with that stuff.

Mmmmm, love Mexican food . ... . I don't usually do seafood, but that's more about eco stuff, I like the flavor just fine . .. .

Okay, how about what I had for lunch:

Slaw made mostly with red cabbage, a little carrot, cilantro & (I'm pretty sure) pine nuts, & a piece of marinated baked tofu dredged in sesame seeds . . . .
