If you are talking about Black & Blue steak, no.  I prefer the middle to be a little warm...not frozen.

Let's see...i've had (and like) artichoke on pizza, in a sandwich with turkey and in a dip, but never by itself.

Yes - used to live in Oklahoma.  Buffalo was in the butcher case at the local chain grocery store - buffalo steaks, buffalo roast, and ground buffalo.  It's lower in fat than corn fed beef.  i guess you could say it is free range...you know - like free range chickens.  Now all i can get at my local Kroger in West Virginia is prepackaged ground buffalo.
 
Garden salad with roast chicken and honey mustard dressing (on the side)?
