Yes

Dutch baby pancakes

2 T butter
1/4 C flour
1/ C milk
1 egg
powdered sugar
fresh lemon juice

Melt butter in small oven proof skillet. Mix flour, milk, and eggs together completely. Pour into skillet. Bake at 425 for 12 - 14 minutes until puffy at edges and golden. Top with lots of powdered sugar and lemon juice to taste.

How about this simple little sandwich I saw on a food blog I get sent to my email address daily.....(It's a neat blog by this guy who goes traveling around the country and goes to interesting places and restaurants) ...so simple yet so tasty sounding..."Fried chicken cheddar cheese biscuit"?

I don't eat french fries much except frozen ones at home sometimes without ketchup is okay but I like them with ketchup too...I like to eat them with ranch dressing with a shot of sriracha hot sauce in the dressing!

How about what I made last night for dinner...Seared bay scallop soft tacos with poblano pepper strips, avocado, cilantro and lite sour cream?
