Status: offline 		So today begins a new reign in California.  Lets see if Jerry Brown can fix the mess.  

If California is setting a precedent by bringing back old governors, I wonder if the presidential race will do the same...and who will be thrown in the race.

Jerry Brown, who has not been Governor since 1983, created California's present-day problems?
