OP: women aren't hung up on visuals, like men are. We're just not nearly as visually oriented, or as attracted by physical traits- as men are. I take it that you're young, or otherwise you'd have known this. That's okay. You did well by bringing your question here. Welcome! :o)
To a woman, a man's physical traits are practically insignificant, compared to how he is inside. His character, compassion, spirit- the way he thinks and feels inside, and how he acts. What he does, with the personality traits and temperament he has. His goals and aspirations, and how he goes about reaching them. Kindness, consideration for others, self-awareness and a willingness to work on his issues, and to "carry the water" equally in his relationships so that we women don't end up doing all the emotional work of the relationship. Those are the kinds of things we're attracted to like a moth to the flame- just as strongly as men are attracted to the physical.
