Hello,
I am havin a really hard time connecting on Multiroom Videochat. It will load normal but then it will hardly open into the room. The Classic Videochat will always open with no delays. Is there something i need to add on my pc for it to open correctly and promptly??? Marisa

Hi Marisa,

Unfortunately, I don't know what to tell you. It definitely takes longer for that to open than does Classic. Hope you figure it out soon...especially being that you look so good! :)

Get the latest updates from Adobe Flash Player.
Get the latest updates from Java.
Run a clean up of your temporary files.

These things help considerably, but I will admit that it takes a little longer to open the new chat than it did the classic and it is mostly because there is alot more going on in the new vidchat.

Hope this helps, if you have further issues, please write support, it can be found at the bottom of your home page (where all the buttons are) and I mean way, way, way at the bottom.
