i live in a student apartment complex near florida state university (where i go to school) - 4 bedroom/2 bath. it's separate leases, so you'd have to talk to the regular leasing office to rent, but all of my roommates are moving out in august and i would love to have some kink-friendly people or at least people i'm familiar with instead of all randoms then. rent is about $370 a month, plus utilities (which average between $30 and $50 a month). the complex is only open to students at fsu, tcc, and famu. please post here or message me if you'd like more info :)
