In another forum I belong to someone claimed to have posted a writers phone number and personal email adress on collarme. I am not sure what to do about this at this point. I know that this personally bothers me. Those things are very personal to someone and in my opinion no one has a right to give that information out yet alone on a public forum.

We do not allow phone numbers or personal email addresses in the profiles or on the forum. If you do happen to find such a thing that slipped past our review process or our forum moderation please report it and it will be dealt with.

I haven't seen it though as I said in a post on another forum she claimed to have posted Lang aka Normans phone number and email adress here within CMs forums.

The reality is noone has the right to post someone else personal information on this forum or any other without their permission or conscent. It is also against the policy of just about every forum I know including this one.

Do I expect the mods to go looking for the thread doing so? I did not make this thread with any expectations at all. What the mods and the powers that be of CM decide to do about it up to them.
 
Now last I checked Dreaded I don't owe you an explanation to who or what I am. Though I have NEVER once claimed be "gorean". I have read every one of Langs book and do enjoy some of the ideas within various relationships. I have said it many times. I hate labels I don't fit into many and I like it that way.
 
Now if you have an issue with the fact that I brought this issue to the mods attention. Well frankly tough. I made this post seeking advice because the sitation bothered me and I was not sure what to do about it. Since it is obviously something CM does not approve of. 
 
One last thing Dread, I NEVER mentioned a name in this thread yours or anyone elses. I didn't even mention the forum it was posted in but it's nice to see you wanted to make it a personal attack on me.

Ive actually been waiting for a couple of days to see this post as My freind said that You were personally attacking Me in the other forum mentioned about this very issue so I would not say its Me attacking you but the other way around since it was you who started this in another forum on another server that Im not even on and have brought it here. Unlike you I have no issue in showing who I am where Im at. I hide nothing. The ONLY person to ever mention any personal information is YOU. There has never been any personal information posted any where of anyone nor did My freind state that there was any PERSONAL information posted here or anywhere. She made mention of PUBLIC INFORMATION. THAT was your ASSumption that it was personal, and the one you acted on. Thats what happens when you act on what you THINK is fact but is only your own mind or others telling you lies. Oh yes and the name is Mistress Dread. Dreaded is a Man who is NOT Me. Actually My freind said that you did make mention on MSN about your intentions here on Collarme and thats why I was informed. Its  nice to know that you are not any serious Gorean by any thought or manner of yourself by your own words, it would make the Gorean slaves I know look bad. The Free Woman even worse. Claiming nothing is such a * safe* way to go when throwing stones. Your glass house is shaken.

I asked the mods if posting someones phone number and email adress was acceptable in this forum. I asked because I personally have an issue with the idea of that information being posted by anyone other than the peron that it belongs, yet alone on a public forum.
 
Now CM mods answered my question about if it was acceptable in this forum or not. If anyone including Dread has an issue with that I wont appologize I have a right to find out what is acceptable and what is not in any forum I interact in.
 
I am not going to participate in a flame war. It is not my style nor was it the purpose of my inquiry. Again I thank the mods for answering my question.

i agree. i just thought it was kind of strange that you then proceeded to drag a whole issue in another forum here for no reason. AFTER you'd gotten the response, you proceeded to post snippets of posts that i assume were from other forums, which really seems unnecessary and doesn't make it look like you're trying to avoid a flame war.

What wasn’t covered in the TOS was covered by Mod 2 in the forums guidelines:

Whether deliberate or not, this appears to be a thread to discredit and disparage a CM user. Reading the posts makes believe that you knew that she would not leave this unanswered and you baited her here to defend herself. As to why you did this, I can only assume that there is issues in the past or ongoing in R/L or other sites. Whatever your reason it was wrong and I have not a clue how you can save face in this. It is obvious that you and your Dom are tag team posting. And frankly I am ashamed for you.

I hadn't seen that before but then again the other day I just discovered the favorites button as well.
 
The mods didn't seem to have an issue with my question.
 
I am curious though what do  you mean by tag team posting?

I see both of you posting in here on the subject as apposed to sharing a voice, it seems you are both either on separate PC’s supporting each others posts or switching profiles and doing it. either way, it looks very bad.

Actually Phoenix hasn't posted on this subject.
Phoenix's Nika  is simply another way for me to write Nika{Phoenix}. The nikaa profile is an old one that until recently I have not used on forums where this one is the one I typically use in the forums. Though sometimes I forget which one I am logged into.
