Though I don't see a problem with posting a video to be commented on, and the video was used to verify that someone said Clarence Thomas should be "sent back to the fields" and that he and his wife should be "strung up."

The problem is not the left. The problem is not the right. The problem is adherence to ideology and the noxious notion that anyone who is not with us is against us and is therefore stupid and evil and inferior and not worthy of respect or humane treatment. Code Pink and the Tea Party are the exact same thing. Groups of self flattering, extrovert, assholes who deem themselves morally and intellectually superior and are possessed by a need to make sure everyone knows it. These people scare me. Of course the tea party scares me too. We have angry people on both sides of the Aisle who keep getting angrier and because it makes for good tv/radio/youtubing it drowns out the people who want to find a solution to the problems we are facing. It also scares me that these people left and right have access to guns like the crazy lady with the glock. I spent some time as a political blogger..I stopped because I wasn't very well read, probably because I didn't call for violence and the revolution I said needed to happen was through elections eh that's neither here nor there.

For God's sake the global warming scare first got rolling in the mid '80s, so the whole leftist thang has about a hundred years on it. Longer still if you're counting Ned Ludd and the Levellers as leftists, which I suspect most of the right leaning element on here would have to, given the size of the brushes they use to tar people...
