Whose picking on you and saying not nice things, we'll hold them down and feed them Troll toe jam.

As for the job you and the mods do; it has to be hard, time consuming and mostly thankless. When in truth you should be rewarded daily.

My advice would be to have the scumlord kidnapped and held until he forks over the readies to have the plumbing fixed, but I guess that's not really a good idea :)
