... I think a switch gathering/convention thingie could be a blast, at least if it comes from people in this forum... granted, I wouldn't show up, most likely, just because I detest crowds of more than 10 people in a confined space... a camping area, though, could be interesting... Just hope the maid service doesn't charge extra for us... glancing at a few specific people with a habit of throwing various food objects around all willy-nilly - Dustyn

There was maybe 12-13 people total and it turned out to be one of the best parties Ive ever attended, as well as the funniest. I think there was only one person there who was fully dominant, her husband, and he got restricted to the garage for the evening. LOL Now as far as camping and bdsm goes. Camp Fetish comes up every year in august I believe. Its a weekend long camping event and we always have fun. :)

Folks, I know about the camping opportunities and what not along those lines... I was simply commenting on the propensity towards flying food and other general grab-ass in this specific forum and how badly a cleaning service would probably be needed... chuckling - Dustyn

It is not restricted to switches, but AHS out of Kansas City has a kinky camp out coming up. That is just 40 minutes from you. http://www.ahs-kc.org/ There is actually quite a bit of activity in KC. On May 20th the KCDC and SubSpace host their monthly event. Screams & Whispers has stuff going on and there are munches in several areas. I realize that is not exactly what you were asking but I could not help myself.

I'll look into this, and if I have the free time, I might even attend... although the munch scene in this area is, from what i have seen, more posturing and pandering than discussion and thought... main reason I stopped attending them... - Dustyn
