A good swift swat or two in public is a good threat of what is to come. Have been taken out to the car a couple of times and spanked there, in the back seat.Was very effective. But I do agree we should not subject the general public to our games. Not a good thing. Spanked

Punished in public can be very subtle. A look & a whisper in the ear can be a worse punishment than dropping their drawers in the mall when executed properly. Dragging the nillas into kink only stands to further push the lengths they will go to to push us underground. It only takes one or two small issues that the media gets hold of to ruin things for everyone.

I too agree with most others here, some times a look and a whisper of displeased words are enough untill you're in a suitable place to act on it.

My Dom wouldnt punish or spank me in public, but i do know the evil look when i will get it and that would be in private.

It should be a decision based upon the 'contract' you have established with each other and the probity of the situation. Some things can 'appear' public but not be in reality. I have 'played' in a private corner on the Staten Island Ferry, but there was no one else around to impinge upon their sensibilities. It was public but not public, so to speak.

My slave has never given me a reason to need to punish her in public. I would probably give her a warning if she was misbehaving, and punish her if needed, when we returned home. There is already a hysteria about domestic violence in this country. I wouldn't enjoy going to jail.

Good morning, y'all :) Depending on the when and where, it sounds like an invitation to the master, by the police, for public battery. Contrary to popular belief, in a lot of areas, if the police decide that "abuse" is i progress they can (and will) take that decision out of your or his hands. I'm also a big believer in not bringing non-consenting people (think grandparents and babies if you have to) into either your problems or your punishment. It kinda smacks of airing my dirty laundry in pubic, which a hard limit anyway. and.. on top of all of that, while i can't imagine doing anything so horrible that a spanking in public would ever be warranted.
