Fill in the blank is NOT a poll. LOL.

During a talk with someone on the other side yesterday, it occurred to Me that there are a lot of words that I would use to fill in the blank in regard to sadism.

Finding joy in sadism.

Finding beauty in sadism

Finding fun in sadism.

Finding art in sadism.

There are more for Me. Those are just a few examples.

I hate to steal yours, but art and beauty are the two at the top of my mind. There's really nothing quite like it. Like theatre, it is enchanting owing to its transience - it is there, and then gone, existing only in memory. Yet it is so much more intimate than theatre, so much more raw and real. The actors, as it were, exist in their own world, bonded to each other in a way very little in life can match.

It is like playing the most complex musical instrument imaginable for no audience but yourself. Fulfilling beyond words.
