2 weeks ago I had a radical prostatectomy, which is surgical removal of the entire prostate gland. Thankfully they got it before any cancer spread, and I'm not in pain, but it will be many months before I can have an erection.

On the other hand, I had been worried that my sex drive would diminish. That doesn't appear to be the case. My mouth, tongue, hands and (blessedly dirty) mind seem to be working just fine.

I used to travel on business, and I'm reminded of an occasion when I got in late to a good hotel, and found that their dining room had run out of entrees. So they had put together a buffet of several dozen of their nice appetizers. I really didn't go hungry that night. In fact, I was stuffed.

I'm hoping that my appetizer buffet will suffice until the entrees get back. My oral appetizer line has been well recommended.

Was wondering if anyone else had had this experience, of had any advice?

Thanks,

~smile~

My father has prostate cancer. I say has it because they took most of it out. Some had touched I believe a lymph node. He has had it 20 years now so, I may be mistaken in what it touched.
Anyway, 6 months after they took it all out they went back in and took out the part that would allow it to spread rapidly.
We are now at 20 years after the fact and he is still alive and kicking. No sign of cancer.

However, erections didn't come easy. I know they had prescribed him a pump. Not a clue how well it worked. Looked just like one of those vacujacks to me. However, it was prescribed.
Controlling urination is still a bit of an issue today. He wore that little penis type tweezer thing for about 2 years. He still leaks. He uses pads.

Aside from that the surgery was a success. Hope this helps.

About a dozen years ago I knew a Domme in Dallas who had a houseboy slave, who also went through a bout with prostate cancer. He was in his early fifties at the time, but did not undergo radical prostatectomy. The Dr.s determined that his cancer was being "fueled" by testosterone, and as part of radiation therapy (isotope seeds implanted), he also had to undergo bilateral orchiectomy (castration). Since the main object was to eliminate testosterone, he could not get hormone replacement. Ms. D told me that he evolved into the best houseboy she had ever had, as he no longer had any sex needs and could concentrate 100% on serving her. Unfortunately, the cancer did not go into complete remission and had spread (with the predictable results).

Thanks to everyone for all the good wishes.

I had an interesting thought. Some of my very best sub experiences have been when I've been milked. You get into a state where you can't cum, but still experience sensation way past what would normally make you cum. I've spent many a happy hour in absoulte ecstacy this way.

Since I can't cum for a while, I'm wondering if this might not have a similar effect. Inquiring minds want to know!

I'll keep you posted.

I don't know much about milking, but don't you need your prostate gland for that?

It's nornally when the prostate gland has been kind of exhausted. You get into a state where you can't cum, no matter how much sensation is applied, but still feel the sensation. The best description I've come up with is that you can't cum, and you can't not cum.

For me it's been like having an orgasm which lasts over an hour. I writhe around, in convulsions, conversation degenerates to the Diety's name, and I'm in another world. I'm just totally washed out at the end. I just lay there next to her afterwords. Absolutely Wonderful!

But we'll see. The proof of the pudding is in the eating (and I plan that too.) I've already contacted my friend, and I'll let you all know the results of this important experiment.

Well, another great theory shot to hell

But the overall experience was kind of nice anyway, but not nearly as good as it used to be, or presumably will be again. My doctor says this takes many months, but that I was free to experiment.

I guess if you don't try, you don't know, so I'm not sorry to have tried.
