im new having only four scenes .what are some various reasons i go into a manic mode the very next day ? also this last time i cryed when he was leaving im not exactly sure why yet ive been trying to pinpoint why

it's called subdrop a/k/a runner's high.

All the chemicals that made you feel so good when you were sceneing are now dropping from your system and the crying, manic episode is the way your body is dealing with the let-down. It's pretty typical.

Eat and drink right, exercise, take a walk, do a hobby, get some sleep and you'll be fine.

Chocolate also helps. As does eating well and being well rested before you play.
