Well the site has all that infomation on it. Perhaps befor you come here asking about it, you should do a bit more than glance at it.

I agree, LafayetteLady.  I had never heard of the site before, but I clicked on the link and read the page.  Now I know exactly what it's used for.  So why doesn't he know this, when he provided the link in the first place?  [8|]

Greetings,

As the url indicates, it offers registration for those interested in formalizing the ownership process through numerical identification. That is merely one facet of the site and many participants don't utilize the feature. The message board and affiliated websites are its largest focal point.

Namaste,

I didnt look at ythe site but I will assume its for registering slaves?

tiggerspoohbear -> RE: The slave register? (4/15/2011 9:00:51 AM)

Taking the time to actually read the website usually gives you the answer you're asking for.  So instead of someone else doing the work for you, may I suggest you do as you've been told already and go back to reading about the site on the site?  It's that easy, honest.

My slavechick was a prominent lesbian Domme for 10 years before she became my slave and was quite proud of the "house" when we started it.  The SLRN was a way to publish our union and declare it publicly.

Maybe the OP also needs an explanation of the term slave [8|]

AcademyForSlaves -> RE: The slave register? (4/15/2011 5:08:48 PM)

I have met a few slaves who registered as a slave on that website and who received a slave number from it but, as others have said here, it is not so commonly used anymore and so their forum is the only popular feature at this time.

We assign our trainee slaves their own slave id number from Our own website when We train them, so We do not require them to register elsewhere. (Although We do refer many slaves to this forum on Collarme since it is such a great forum.)

playfulotter -> RE: The slave register? (4/16/2011 6:00:56 PM)

I always thought this site was a bit of a joke but if it makes some feel validated I don't see how it can hurt.

stellauk -> RE: The slave register? (4/16/2011 11:08:25 PM)

Okay, so you 'glance' at a website and then come to another website, onto a message board and start a thread asking why people use that original website?

Yes?

The answer is internal enslavement. But understanding that involves far more than clicking on a mouse and staring at the screen of the monitor attached to your computer.

RS - you post quite a lot about your relationshipwith everhope. I'm wondering if you are still involved with this gal (rhetorical question). I ask, not to be nosy but to make a general point.

Anyone can list themselves as anything to anyone, and then what? And what happens if the relationship goes south? Or was never really a relationship in the first place?

Just something for folks to consider.

best,
sunshine

cloudboy -> RE: The slave register? (4/22/2011 8:21:11 PM)

It looks like a private way to engage in a public outing. Although if you used someone's real name, it might not be so private.

Not according to website. They dated in 2002.

UPDATE - July. 2008
Our date never came to fruition but we remain in contact. We are both doing well. After the initial passion from reestablishing contact cooled off, it appears that despite our love, the same things that prevented us from being partners in the past remain at issue to this day. As much as a tryst has it's appeal, neither of us are seeking something that shallow and the date was canceled. Alas, it seems slave chic and I are not to be mates after all.
