Are the storms done yet?

I think we had a EF 1 hit us about a mile away. Lots of down trees, a wee bit of damage.

We have declare my room as the safe zone due to...you get it...YARN!!!

Good luck Shar....I remember springtime in Tornado Alley..

...definitely NOT my favorite time of year!

And I noticed that when the sirens go off in IL, people go OUTSIDE to see what's coming!!?? Are they idiots???? I'd run for the bathroom, grabbing the cat, dog and phone and hide in the bathtub. Looking back, the phone was a land line.....what I thought I'd do with that was anybody's guess...throw it at the twister? Takes "reach out and touch someone" to a different level!

I grew up in IL, and can tell you first hand- that IL has more "idiots" per capita then any other place on earth.

The ego driven gluttony mocks anything humble and pure.
