No. Time out means time out, we're back to being a vanilla couple just relaxing with each other or focusing on other things in our lives. High protocol means high protocol (no use of furniture or eating utensils). Normal everyday "default" mode is lower protocol, he remains naked and collared in the house and subject to use at any time, but he can use furniture or utensils, get himself food or drink from the fridge if he wants it, etc, without asking permission.
I genuinely enjoy cooking and sharing good food, so I'd say that subbie eats a hell of a lot better at home than the vast majority of vanilla guys. I may pull the occasional mindfuck on him involving "slave food" however. Just another toy in the toybag arsenal really.

There are no "50 rules of enslavement". There is, no doubt, a document floating around the Internet by that name that somebody wrote up as their idea of what 50 rules they would want in a D/s relationship. Which is fine, as long as they aren't claiming that the rules they made up are automatically going to work for every D/s couple out there. Post a link to that document, please? It's always interesting to see other peoples' takes on the subject.
