The main tips are, as already said, lots and lots of lube. The fister does not start with a fist, but in your case I guess, with one finger, work up to two, then three, then four. When you can take four, he can add the thumb by bringing it in behind your middle fingers, making sort of a duck or cone shape with his fingers, not a round fist. Lots of lube again, and the best action that works is a continuous rhythmic in and out twisting motion, easing in a little bit more each time.
