I would love my clit to be more exposed, at the moment it is completely hidden beneath it's hood. The hood is peirced and has a large guage heavy ring in it in an effort to expose the clit.

I have heard you van have the hood removed, does anyone know who would do this in the UK?

There is also a procedure called a Metoidioplasty--it is familiar to many transgender men--we usually call it a "meta". (easier to pronounce and spell) It is not a hood removal, but a hood "release", and it makes the clit more pronounced. Keep in mind that many of these patients have been on hormonal therapy, so the clit is significantly larger than a female not on hormones.

You can get a meta that does not involve any "re-routing" of the plumbing--know that any and all surgeries run the risks of complications. It's really important that you spend some time "shopping" plastic surgeons and find the one right for you.
