Have you tried going to any of the local BDSM group meetings here in Houston? You might even meet some cool people....

ya i am waiting for one of the meetings that is comming up but it only happens once a month so i am just waiting and trying to find people other ways. also how do you go about safely meeting people on the internet in real life if you catch my drift. are most people willing to get tested? is it appropriate to ask for them to?

You should always take your own safety at hand before and above all else. If you find someone you are looking to meet and you want to ask them to be tested for any kind of D&D you should ask them. If they refuse then go along about your business.
