my name is Dawn, i'm 37, female, and looking for a roomate. JUST a ROOMATE! i had a Master for 10yrs, he gave me my freedom about 3 yrs ago. i work from home and go to school. my roomate is moving, and i'd like to take over the lease when he does. in order to do that, i need to find a roomate. rent is 400-450 per month. the room will be vacant before june 1st. if you're interested, or would like to know more please send me an email here, or [Email address] {Mod removed email address]

its getting down to the wire now. i'm wondering if anyone can even pay rent anymore. im desperate to keep this house. if you know anyone looking for a room, or if you are looking for a room, this is a great place to grow and discover yourself, no stress environment. no expectations, other than paying your rent. PLEASE! i would really rather not have to find an apartment with 2 cats and a dog.

Well tell the people at least what countie its in! Whats their like have you a dryer and washing machine, a sittingroom, kitchen, breakfast room? You need to say more about the house like how clean you want it to kept details more details are needed!!
