SpiritedRadiance -> RE: Nipple rings! Love em or hate em? (4/25/2011 4:44:41 PM)

Mine took over a year an half to heal because i kept getting the bars caught on clothing and bras.

My right nipple still gets overly sore if I sleep on it wrong or twisted to hard.

It was extremely painful to get them done and this is from a girl who has 20 plus hours of tattoo work 7 of it on her spine and does needle play of 50 plus needles regularly.... it was a lot and i wouldnt do it again if they would migrate out....

After the healing and the pain and the discomfort of a year... not six months... a YEAR.... You have heightened pain receptors, you cant put clamps behind them at least on me....you have to be careful with them.... you cant pull them to hard... you cant twist them too much and if you do add weights you have to be careful it doesnt encourage them to migrate out....

I have my nipples my tongue my hood..... and enjoy play piercing often... id rather have a hundred needles in my vagina... then ever get my nipples done again...

Migrate out??

SpiritedRadiance -> RE: Nipple rings! Love em or hate em? (4/25/2011 5:03:13 PM)

Migration is the when the body slowly rejects a piercing it brings the jewerly closer to the surface of the skin and some time completely comes through the skin and leaves a terrible scar. It usually happens with surface piercings, navels eyebrows corset piercings. However it also happens when you put too much weight on a small gauge piercing. If youve seen older women with their ears pierced and the piercing kind of droops or it looks like they have a larger hole or sliced line.... its because they wore heavy jewerly when younger...

So the nipple in essence "spits it out"?? Get outta here!!

Thanks for the answer!!

SpiritedRadiance -> RE: Nipple rings! Love em or hate em? (4/25/2011 5:14:23 PM)

it really is a nasty experience. it scars pretty badly...and looks just... well not pleasant.

Great feedback SR! I have heard it is a slow healer. It really gives pause to consider.

Delilya -> RE: Nipple rings! Love em or hate em? (4/25/2011 6:09:13 PM)

I don't have any experience with pierced nipples. My partner has non-piercing rings and I like them just fine.

sexyred1 -> RE: Nipple rings! Love em or hate em? (4/25/2011 9:31:30 PM)

I think they look hot, but would never get them. I like my nipples the way they are.

However, nipple clamps are another story....:)

~ FR ~

I don't like the way they look, nor would I ever want it done to me.  Fortunately, my owner doesn't like them, either.

hmmm, well, not all piercings are graffiti, imo. One guy i saw loved my tongue piercing, he had never felt anything like it before and he absolutely loved it, told me it felt amazing. And lots of women do get stimulation from clit hood and nipple piercings.

I look at some piercings and I see they are there for decoration like a corset or sexy lingerie, or high heels, they accentuate beauty rather than detract. That doesnt mean I like the look of all piercings, but some I do find very sexy.

They can also stimulate a man's mind, a lot of guys get turned on by tongue piercings cuz their impression (real or imagined) is that the girl loves to suck. And what guy doesnt love a girl that loves to suck???

That's quite a feat of sanitising and legitimising graffiti.

Lol, didn't mention the timeless masterpiece being defaced even once.

<shrugs>

Focus.

i LOVE mine.
Those with whom i'm close with seem to enjoy them as well.

Palliata -> RE: Nipple rings! Love em or hate em? (4/26/2011 5:19:51 AM)

Love them. Overall I'm not a big fan of body mods, but certain piercings I do like. Nipples, tongue, and of course traditional ears I prefer women to have, but beyond that I'm not going to allow it in a slave and I don't prefer it in a playmate. I've never forced a piercing on anyone, though I'm sure it will happen eventually, but I have disallowed certain ones - notably gauges are an absolute NO. Not really sure why, but I just despise them.

I love them. Just last night I mentioned to Carol that not getting her nipples pierced was going to be one of my "regrets" but I'm too concerned about complications to a delightfully sensitive spot on her body and the payoff just isn't worth it.

SylvereApLeanan -> RE: Nipple rings! Love em or hate em? (4/26/2011 9:43:22 AM)

I like them but they aren't the be-all, end-all.  On the right person they're fun to play with but, if my partner doesn't want or can't have them, that's ok too.

Nipples are fun whether they're decorated or not.  [;)]

OwnedFemaleFlesh -> RE: Nipple rings! Love em or hate em? (4/26/2011 9:51:44 AM)

I loved mine, and it healed really fast. But after one too many nipple shields and spiked rings tugging on it, it started to grow out. Oh well, I got 10+ years of fun out of it, can't be all bad. I would say, if I was going to get pierced again, I'd make sure they went deeper, it seems to run less chance of growing out, plus it looks better.

allnewtome -> RE: Nipple rings! Love em or hate em? (4/26/2011 11:31:55 AM)

I've considered them a few times, the healing time and possible loss of sensitivity puts me off though. Couldn't bear them being out of action [:D]

focus, what one considers art or a masterpiece will vary from person to person. Some people think graffiti is art and they are entitled to their viewpoint (as are you and I). Picasso's are considered masterpieces also, but imo his works resemble graffiti more than traditional art such as Rembrandt. I am not a huge fan of either but if I had to choose, I would take a Picasso over Rembrandt.

If someone wants, as an act of freedom of expression, to "deface" themselves with tats (which I personally dont like) or piercings, then that is their business.

When I was a small child, my mother had my ears pierced, OMG, did my mother deface me?!!! I think pierced ears are considered by most people as pretty normal, like wearing make up, so I personally do not see the difference between my private piercings and my pierced ears. I dont plan on removing any of them but I also dont plan on getting any more either, not for aesthetic reasons but for practical reasons.

warmdomination -> RE: Nipple rings! Love em or hate em? (4/26/2011 8:29:49 PM)

I appreciate everyone's feedback. I love the look, and it really turns me on to think of a woman doing it for me as a sign of submitting her body to me.
However, the feedback is certainly enough to give pause to further consideration.

Thanks again.
