Just wondering if any of you have had health or related problems with anal sex over a few years?
I have had several girls over the years, and never had any problems.

However, I have also never "destroyed it", or had a girl for more than 2 years or so.
So, I dont have years and years with one girl to track the effects.

Just curious of some of the feedback?

Thanks!

Hi OP--
could you please clarify--I'm not sure I understand your question.  What are your concerns about anal health? (not sure what you destroyed....)
thanks

I'm assuming the OP wants to know if regular anal sex over an extended period of time can somehow cause irreversible damage, such as stretching out the rectal sphincter.  The answer is no - sex with a penis of average size will not cause lasting damage, even if it's done regularly for years at a time.  Countless gay men can attest to this.

OP, was I correct about your question?

MaxsBoy is correct. I was wondering about long term ill effects of having anal sex---pernium tears, damage to the rectum interior wall, etc.
What about a larger cock?

Definitely appreciate the feedback.

I havent seen any damage other than some slight dilation of the ring, and the girls never complained of any.
However a couple years is not really a long time either.

Really interested in your experiences.
Yes, Gay men have a lot more experience in that topic....and I want to hear the feedback.

Thanks again!

As Maxsboy said, there's no risk as long as anal sex is done with certain "golden rules" in mind.  The old adage is: too much lube is almost enough    Lots of lube and condoms and.......wait for it....COMMUNICATION....will help prevent too much, too soon, too hard, too fast, too...etc.  Buttholes never forget--if you've had a bad experience with anal sex in the past, you may need lots of warm-up and careful "coaxing" to get your anus to relax.

I know LOTS of folks who like it "hard and dry".... but if tearing or soreness is a problem/concern, getting the muscles relaxed and more receptive to the idea of being penetrated can help.  Lots of lube and condoms--not only easier cleanup, but reducing your risk of STDs.  Enemas are not a requirement--some prefer to do this--it can make the rectum cleaner, preventing any small pieces of fecal matter from causing friction/discomfort.  But plenty have anal sex without this "step.'  My ex and I engaged in a lot of anal sex, and she never took an enema before.

Use only anal toys for the bum--don't get fancy with brooms, lightbulbs, bottle--you'd be amazed.  Anal toys are designed with the butt in mind--smooth with flared bases.  Whereas you can't lose anything (long term) in the vagina, something that goes in the butt, must come out.....or you will be off to the ED with some explaining to do.

Communicate--if it hurts....and not in the good way....or the bottom has "spotting" afterwards---back up, slow down and find a position or toy that works better.
If it doesn't fit, don't force it.  There are novelty butt plugs out there that I swear to you--should NOT be used on human subjects.  Our fantasies often have bigger appetites than our assholes, so work your way to the bigger penetrative items over time.

There is no risk of "wearing out" the butthole--take proper care of it and you'll both have plenty of fun years in the future.

have fun--be safe
