How about some JJ: both wonderful!! the dead has been on my playlist for about 7 years now (i know...hannah-come-lately, but i can't help when i was born, all i can do is make up for it with musical taste ) and speaking of coming lately, how about this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xVaPwdgezWI it ends up being a protest song at the end. hannah lynn Well then here's a live version of Janis doing "Combination of the Two" at the Monterey Pop Festival 1967. They were pretty crude onstage. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LALqJzmjnaA&feature=related I much prefer the studio version. It's one of my favorite tunes ever. It was playing when I went to my very first "hippie" party back in 1969, wow what a groove that was, so it's got some nostalgic meaning for me. Plus it's just a kick ass rocker.
