On a different wavelength....one way of finding out about someone is doing a complete background and crimnal background check on them. It does cost money. i have (only) done it on two individuals whom i met "online," before things progressed very far. While both people checked out fine insofar as a criminal background was concerned, i did discover that one of the people had not been honest about his age (and had not told me personally about it, even though we were only a year apart in age; it made no sense to me that he had not told me). Sort of made me a bit suspicious about him on certain levels. I know there are no guarantees; just one way of doing some checking out on people from the Internet ... [8|]
