Your job interview future boss analogy is very good. Some bosses are assholes and so are some Doms. However, it's a little worse in an online leather lifestyle community with free profiles and search features. Allow me to explain.

Online Doms don't have to be hired, promoted or meet performance minimums. So any vanilla asshole with a computer can jump on line while the wife is at the mall, the kids are in school and pretend to be a Dom. Most do it by being what they think is assertive or dominant and foolishly order strangers around.

Unfortunately, there are plenty of vanilla wives who's husband is at work, kids at school and they jump online to become an online sub who thinks getting ordered around by strangers is hot.

Picture a bunch of married and cheating online fakers with web cams, having cyber sex, mutually jacking off and living out their version of leather sex fantasies. It's a special niche created by the free profiles you can search. It attracts that stereotype and they have blast doing their cyber thing. It aint' for me but "god bless their little hearts and busy fingers".

It is basically easy to answer..there are so many Twue Dom/me's

and to few True Dom/me's

and unfortunately a Sub has to sort through them .

But if you find your Dom/me the one you have being looking for

...the wait and sorting is all worth while...it just takes a while.

Ah you must be new. You clearly don't have a picture of HOW MUCH mail a submissive woman receives. Why the rude ones answer as they do, I don't know.
