Status: offline 		Urgh, that would have to be a crazy lady who would become majorly stressed the minute anything out of the ordinary happened.
She would also mess up and then try and pass the buck or make excuses ..such as "there was a lot going on" or " I was just too busy" Believe me this person was NEVER too busy.

I am now her boss which is a bit ironic and after a disciplinary and a private chat she's a lot better. I think she just couldn't handle the job but didn't have the balls to say.

TPBM would like to fire someone they work with
