Yes, I have a sister 15 years older than me who was a reporter and used to be quite the politcal activist. A couple of times, she brought me to protests or rallies. I mentioned it to my Dad later and he read her the riot act for putting me in potentially dangerous situations.

sooooo.....pbm.......do you phone or write to your Senators and Congress men/women?

Living in DC, I don't really have representation in Congress. I do email City Council members sometimes, though.

Soooooooooooo, pbm, are you the baby of your family?

I'm kidding. I hate spoilers.

Sooooo, PBM: Have you ever left your native country with no plan to return?

Peace and comfort,

Michael

LOL Which one would you like to hear about? The most life-threatening or the one where I had my winky shortened?

Sooooo, PBM: Have you ever walked through a neighborhood that you thought might be dangerous but you wanted to do it for the thrill?

Peace and comfort,

Michael

I've walked thru lots of neighborhoods that I knew damn well were dangerous, but never done it for the thrill. Yea, I got the whole 'danger! danger!' adrenalin rush, but never did anything like that primarily for that rush.

Soooooo, PBM: Did you ever, as a kid, get a pet secretly, either without a parent's permission or in direct defiance of having been told no?

I had a set of "Lincoln Loggs". I had an Erector set. But my favorite was my "TV Magic set" (Yes, I know some illusions).

Sooooo, PBM: Do you own a car that is more than 20 years old? Is it a "Muscle car"?

Peace and comfort,

Michael
