It's called public pressure and I hope you signed, they managed to stop the bill from passing before, all they need is to stop it once again and then it will be history...

When I signed there had been almost 1,800,000 signatures already!

Media reports from Uganda today indicate that the Bill is likely to be defeated or withdrawn. So let's keep the pressure on! If you haven't signed already, DO SO NOW!
