Most quality designers offer a "made to measure" option. It costs more, of course, but it means you'll get a tailored look. Check places such as Libidex, TheLatexStore, and TwistMyRubberArm. There are other reputable designers out there but those are the three that spring to mind first. Also, is the size before the latex is stretched or is that the maximum? If it's not stretched, you may still be able to get into the 42 but it will be very tight. However, the made-to-measure will be more comfortable and you won't have to worry about tearing.
