Hi all i have aquired a male slave recently who is in to CBT (cock and ball torture) and i wanted some advice as i have never had experience in this area and i know there can be some dangers involved with it so if there was any doms or subs that have some general advice regarding safety issues it would be greatly appreciated.

Id recommend finding someone within your local community to talking to medical professionals about what can and cannot be handled. I know it might seem awkward, or otherwise uncomfortable but they have heard it all. Its better to have a bit of discomfort then to damage someone for lifes

SR, I completely agree. I have heard some strange stuff as a nurse... some of it I didnt believe possible until I actually asked physicians. Its best to ask the experts.

That statement begs elaboration. I don't think it would be too bad if you told some of the stories as long as you don't include any details that could identify anyone. Like Dragnet "The names have been changed to protect the........". Many words could fit well right there :-)

Hmmm.. like the man who shot his cock up with someone elses impotency medication, and didnt realize he gave himself an OD? Two large bore needles had to be inserted into the penis.

I would classify that as CBT.

I'm firm with the others about getting out to your local community to learn from others that are experienced in this area. There's a lot you can learn out there.

In addition, you might be very interested in a book called "The Family Jewels". The book is all about CBT and it's a very good read to boot.

Some of my pets are into CBT and I perform it all the time, ball slapping, clips, stretchers etc. However each one is different on what they can handle. You do have to worry to avoid the actual testes for some of the impact. You certainly do not want to rupture anything. I love to hurt them, I never want to harm them. I do agree with the suggestion above about seeking medical advice. The advice I do recommend is to remember you are the one in charge, so its your responsibility. Also men have desires in their minds from fantasies and in their minds they are ten feet tall and bullet proof, but their bodies aren't as strong and can not handle as much as their minds.

There is a horrible video going around where stepping on with stiletto heels(flat board with a hole where his dick/nuts goes through) goes horribly and bloodily wrong.

Can't find it right now(nor do I want to(shivers)) but I'm sure you get the visual and realize that even a tiny woman can be to heavy when it comes to applying weight to such a tiny area as the tip of a heel.
