I wondered what would be the best thing for posture training. On a woman with large breasts and small back/shoulders.

Depends on exactly what posture you're talking about training. Standing up straight is one thing, but obeisance would be another thing altogether. In general though, I'd think the main things would be practice and a mirror so the trainee could make sure they're doing it right.

I agree that it depends on the posture you are talking about. One thing to consider is that any posture device you decide to use can be very helpful in the beginning but will become a crutch over time. Take a posture collar for example: Initially it forces you to keep your chin up. This is great at the beginning and will help teach the desired posture. If the collar is always used in training, after a while you figure out that you can just rest your chin on it (essentially get lazy).

A properly fitted bra with wide shoulder straps I should think, and some oreos to dip with her milky titties when she sits pretty.

I think a good corsett and some good heels will do the trick

I agree that a corset is excellent for keeping the back straight but it can allow the shoulders to slump. {Problematic.} Since she has big tits you may want to try an  item called "Chic Shaper Perfect Posture Undergarment." It crosses beneath the breasts and angles in over your shoulders which makes hold the shoulders back. {crucial to maintaining proper alignment.} Best of luck.

A corsett is good but to keep from slumping,I use a 4 inch spilked dog collar for posture training. It keeps the head high and shoulders back...They can be found at southern states..Bounty
