I am a 33 year old sub/slave (depends on who you ask). I have had pre-cancer of my 'female' parts with two different removals. The first was the LEAP with cone biopsy the second was Laser LEAP no biopsy. I also had colon cancer in 2008. I have not had actual sex in a few months so I am not preggers nor do I have an STD. These were checked the other day at my yearly.
It does not make a difference on the size, shape or material of my vibe/dildo. Does not matter if it is hard and deep or soft and sweet. I told my Dr that I have been bleeding like this since about January. I get my yearly PAP results in just less than three weeks.
Any ideas? And has anyone else had this issue when streaching or fisting or long, jagged finger nails were not the obvious answer?

Hi PrettyOne

On occasion, I've had some play partners bleed after fisting/hard fucking, but very minor spotting.  If you are bleeding without explanation/cause, that's definitely one for your GYN.   Good luck--I hope your results come back with nothing significant.

This is not an area of expertise for me.  I can only tell you that there are about 8 or 9 different causes for abnormal bleeding.  STDs and pregnancy are just two of them.... the best thing you can do is exactly what you did--get a pap smear. (not sure why it takes them 3 weeks to get back to you....but all docs are different)

Thank you and the three weeks thing is pretty normal. It cancer is there that is about how long it takes to grow in a lab. But in the case of my colon cancer biopsy it came back positive before the next morning 30 minutes before my emegancey operation for a tear in my colon/large intestine. I am trying not to worry too much. Just wait and go from there.

My suggestion is to lay off the rough stuff for awhile in case the issue is some traumatised tissue so that you can give it a chance to heal (in the event you might have injured it and keep re-aggravating it).
Perhaps stop play involving penetration for a bit.

Ah. okay.
I know when I've had pap smears I get a phone call a lot sooner but you're right--it all depends on what they are looking for.  Sounds like good advice--don't make yourself nuts with worry and hope for the best.  You'll find out soon enough

The doctors need you to tell them what you are feeling to help them make a diagnosis. It sounds like a problem that needs a gyno. It maybe your hormone levels.

There have been times my hormones were screwed up and if I had sex it would cause/worsen breakthrough bleeding. This was particularly bad when I had a depo shot. I have had other times in my life where I would spot between periods. I am really in touch with my body, so I could feel my body changing inside. This began when I was your age, and it continued to get worse until when I was in my late 30s I got a Mirena diaphragm... it worked for me. I used it for 5 years, and I have had it out for about 6 months, and my periods are now normal.

When you orgasm, your uterus contracts, just like when you have your red-moon or when you're in labour.
If the contraction is strong enough, some of the uteral lining can come free from the uterus and be passed through the vagina.
This often happens to me, but you should still talk with your doctor.

I can only imagine a pap smear taking that long if your health care provider is in a small community and the specimens are sent out to a large volume facility. Even then, it seems exceedingly long, considering what is involved in testing. My guess is that the time has to do with the test turnaround time and then scheduling you in to see your health care provider after he/she has had an opportunity to view your results. About your statement "that is about how long it takes to grow in a lab", (with regards to cancerous cells), I would like to ask you who told you that? With Pap smears, the cervical scrapings are brushed onto a slide, the slide is stained with Papanicolaou stain and then examined under a microscope where the technologist looks for any atypical cells. There is no plating of the cells for growth. This is not how a Pap test is done.

To answer your OP, I agree with juliaoceania. That was the primary reason for the breakthrough bleeding I've experienced. I can also see FelineFae's point with regards to an intense orgasm as I have experienced that as well.

With all of that said, the only answers you are going to get are going to be from your health care provider. There are a myriad of reasons for this type of bleeding and with your history, there is reason to be extra cautious.

The comments I and others have made are very general. How much blood are you experiencing? How long does the bleeding last? There could be key differences between your answers and everyone else's.

I am sure you will be bringing this up when you get your Pap smear results and I'm certain your doctor will determine what further testing you would need. Good luck with this.

Yep, what DeviantlyD said.
What i go through is fairly normal for me, however, i have severe endometriosis, and enough estrogen in me for two women.
my hormones have no sense of balance what so ever, and i often have to get medical treatments to help with the condition.

In other women, i'd really treat this as cause for a trip to the GYN office.

What's the color of the blood - bright red or brownish? When I spot around ovulation it's brownish. Bright red spotting might indicate an injury?

Ovulatory blood spotting can range in colour from bright pink/red to dull purply/brown.

i am going to the hospital in a few. just went to the bathroom and a clot bigger than my fist came out. I'm in a lot of labor like pain as well. The blood is bright red and no smell. I am waiting on a call back from my Dr. now. And he called while I was writting this. He is sending me into the ER. I am not happy. This would be so much easier if I had someone to go with me.

I have a disfunctional uterus. No more babies for me. I have already told a few close friends and they are already being supportive. Looks like my hystarectomy(spelling) is going to be two years ahead of schedule. Will have the operation done at the medical university so they can harvest my eggs. It is either the surgery or continue to suffer. And I can help people at the sametime.
