i do. It's one of the things i might take at the on-set of a migraine. It might be placebo effect, but yanno, anything that cuts down on time with a migraine that's legal with no major side effects--i'ma gonna' try it.

Realistically, if you are eating properly, most vitamins are not necessary, except perhaps a multi-vitamin. Unless your doc recommends otherwise.

My dad was a vitamin fanatic. When he developed cancer, one of the first things his oncologist did was tell him to lay off the vitamins unless he wanted to feed his cancer.

It's cheap and has dropped My cholesterol about 35 points.

After taking it for a few months, the flush doesnt happen.
