Me either. A buddy turned me on to www.myfitnesspal.com and I really like it. It has a big database of common food items from a McDonald's Quarterpounder to Kraft Mac 'N Cheese to a 1/2 cup of peaches. It also helps you calculate calories burned from exercise. It has proved very helpful when I want to monitor my calories and it's free. I don't get any spam, either.

You might try it out and see if you like it.

Yay a thread for me!

I really needed this thread right now, so GOOD TIMING!!! (I need all the extra motivation I can get)

I'm a 31 year old professional gym rat that slid off her game sometime last year after a torn rotator cuff. I'm all better now and really need to get back into a steady routine so I can lose the weight I gained while slacking on the sidelines.

I make a living telling people how to do all the stuff I know I need to be doing but can't get up the energy to do.

So anyway, while helping myself get back into the scheme of things here, I'm also more than willing to help answer fitness and nutrition questions as well as I can.

That's right bitches. Yall get me for free, everyone else has to pay. Haha

Can a newbie join in? I'm 26, and finally recovering from spinal surgery less than 3 months ago. My weight has never been low, but has spiral a bit out of control in the last year due to the crazy pain and mobility issues -- have doctors blessing to slowly work back into exercise and am looking forward to tackling the nutrition side too.

I was in WW before and I'll probably rejoin if I can...

Oke, no more joking

I am 45, within 2 months to be 46, female submissive, living on my own and for the most of you a foreigner, (being dutch, I ment)
I'm 1,68 mtr = 5.6
weight 55 kg
So I'm not overweight, but slightly underweight. The efforts you all have to make to loose, I have to do to stay on the weight I am now. Oh and just for the right understanding

; I'm a smoker, but I don't do any weed or so.

And I know the advices of eating a great deal of pasta, but in my case that isn't the solution.
I've managed to make a simple 'diet' in the past, I eat a lot of candy, loads of sugar in my coffee and eat a lot of fish. I hardly eat meat anymore.

But maybe this thread will help me of some new ideas
