I love fried mozzarella sticks, but I looooooooooove deep friend mushrooms even more when they're done right. It's gonna be dangerous when I get my deep fryer back, I may have to hide it on myself!

Actually what I meant by fried cheese was....ummmmm....fried cheese!! You fry cheese in the frying pan. It's wonderful fried in a nonstick pan because then it doesn't, well....stick. I discovered this little culinary delight one time by having my cheese sort of lap over onto the pan when I was making a fried cheese sammie. Now I just do it on purpose. And then I went to this upscale restaurant where they fried grated cheese & called it a garnish.

Actually, regular fat cheese has less fat in 1/4 cup than butter or margarine does in 1Tablespoon. Plus there's all that wonderful protein in there. Cheese gets a worse rap than it deserves, IMO.

I'd love to have a PT.. *sigh* gawd knows I cannot seem to get motivated on my own.. I mean really? who am I doing it for? I'm in fairly good health.. the trimming up is a vanity thing, for me.

But it aint just a vanitything, it is also part of my mental health. Not only my physical.
I am in a faily good shape of myself, I just need to get out more, whilst sitting at home isn't goin to be right for me.

I wanna start (after tomorrow's introduction) for twice a week.... and we'll see from there
