Guess I think differently than some but why would either a DA, or for that matter a Judge bother with a trail when a prostitute hires herself out for a sexual bondage scene and gets exactly what she is hired for??
If she hired herself for a sexual bondage scene how the hell is it rape?

I might understand if he was charged with solisitation of a prostitute but rape? that is stupid.

1) most DA's won't admit anything they understand about kink or how consent might or might not apply
2)article doesn't actually outline the "contract or acceptance terms"
3) prostitute muddies the waters because god only knows what the girl was thinking, let alone consented to

Simple because agreeing to bondage doesn't mean she agreed to sex!! Even agreeing to a "sexual bondage scene" doesn't necessarily mean she agreed to penitration.

Frankly in my eyes the fact that the guy had a soundproof dungeon means he's either experienced and VERY VERY stupid or one of the scary people flying a kink flag when caught that might actually have killed the girl given a chance.
