Master should be astounded with jali's ingenuity over the last 2 years

Ok, Master suggested I make a poll on this subject. This is the scenario, he said to make sure I dont leave any relevant details out, so here it is to the best of my ability:

When Master came here, I wasnt doing my own laundry. I had someone doing it for me. Master didnt like that idea and said he would prefer it that his slave did the laundry herself. So, I had a washing machine at home and I had a washing machine at work. We basicaly lived at work, hardly ever spending any time at home, so mostly I planned to do our washing from work. So, I would take our washing in and leave it in the laundry and planned to do it...but heaps of times, someone else would throw our laundry in the washing machine for me or if I had put it in, they would take it out and hang it up. Master discovered this was happening and told me in no uncertain terms that *I was to do the laundry*...so..I told everyone at work if they saw our laundry not to do any of it...this kinda worked for awhile...but then the same thing started happening...which Master found out about again and wasnt happy... anyways...about 3 weeks ago, we moved...and we are spending more time at home...and anyways...the whole laundry issue continued.... basically because...the washing machine I had here broke down in the move...so...I was taking the washing back to the office and doing it there..but....things happened..and someone else ended up doing it (not arranged by me, well sometimes)..and I had people dropping our laundry back here etc...now today Master bought me a new washing machine..and I said.. "Oh good I can finally do our washing" and Master said "You were supposed to be doing it for the last 2 years.." kinda in a grumbly way like Ive been doing something wrong.

But given the circumstances above and no matter the itsy bitsy details, the washing has always been done..and Ive always organised it, someway.

I am sorry dear but,,,,,, He is your Master correct?
I hated too, honest because,,,,,, I like your replies to the forums but, I had to vote against you in that one.
He said for YOU to do it, not to split hairs and have it done or allow it done right?

I voted that Master should be impressed with Jali's ingenuity, and last choice, Master is right, though I don't think he ought to insist on your doing the laundry if the laundry is getting done well.   There are too many things to get done, so I would be lenient on one who invented creative/affordable ways to get some of it done, as long as that one was honest about/asked permission to take shortcuts.  [;)] M

Being honest, there is no reason in the world why I couldnt have been doing the laundry completely for the last 2 years. When my late husband was alive, due to his illness etc I used to have the laundry done, it just was one of those things that saved me time and energy with everything else that needed doing etc. I got into a habit and never reverted back to doing my own washing., so when Master arrived, he knew all that and said that it was time for me to start doing laundry and stuff like that again. He didnt want other people to do his washing, he wanted his slave to do it (what are slaves for after all hey)....I guess I just never completely rid myself of the habit and have made various excuses...well now I'm feeling like a slack-ass slave and think I should be thoroughly beaten..which of course He wont do cause he never beats on me for punishment ..he prefers to embarress me by making me express my slack-o-ness on here.

On one level, the main thing is that the laundry always got done.... however (You just knew there was going to be a however didn't you[:D]) from a D/s stance, you know what was required and you haven't been doing it. Tsk, straight to bed, no cookie!

That sucks that he couldn't just be happy that it got done. I happen to be the opposite and have had to insist that I do the laundry and ironing. I swear the poor man has been wearing wrinkled clothes all these years. I honestly don't know how he has managed without me to supervise his wardrobe. He just went away for over a week and I took all his shirts and rewashed and ironed them and have a nice bag full that are no longer appropriate for someone that is my Dom. Yeah, yeah he almost cried on the phone when I told him his Miller T-shirt was going, but a sub has to hard limit some issues!

My problem is putting the stuff away. Like right now I have a basket of clean clothes to put away. My Master has finally learned to just throw the stuff on the laundry room floor and I will see to it. [:D]

mine is filling ice trays.......they empty them, THEY should rinse and fill not me grrrrrrrrr
