Howdy! I have the entire upstairs of my house available starting in July. I have a small horse farm located just outside of the Frankilin/Muskego area, in North Cape (HWY K/45). I do a flat fee rental, which includes everything but TV. There are horses, chickens, and 2 LARGE dogs . Occasional bonfires and having folks over. I mostly work and work on the yard or with my horses. The upstairs consists of a LARGE open room, a bedroom with HUGE closet space and a shared storage room/bedroom that has another closest. There is a 1/2 bath also, that I can probably add a shower to this summer. Low key, no drama. It's pretty quiet around here except when I am building something. Help expected with general upkeep and yard work
