I can't wait for his show to start. I hope he has a website as good as his old one at MSNBC. I wish they could put him on in the daytime for three or four hours instead of competing with Lawrence O'Donnell. Michael Moore Set to Contribute to Keith Olbermann’s Countdown According to The Hollywood Reporter's interview with Olbermann, The show, which will cost Current about $15 million a year to produce, with the network spending another $5 million upfront on marketing, will be paying its contributors including Michael Moore, Rolling Stone’s Matt Taibbi, Daily Kos founder Markos Moulitsas in untraditional ways. Moore will be paid through a charitable donation. Moulitsas is being paid a “token amount.” Keith Olbermann seemed to have lined up some top people. Markos and Taibbi are okay, but the real gem here is Michael Moore. Olbermann and Moore together in a completely free environment should be able to produce unfettered real independent segments. Countdown will be returning on June 20th at 8 PM eastern, and looks like Olbermann is putting together a formidable group of talent. Whether or not Olbermann’s ratings ever return to their MSNBC levels, it looks like leaving was the right move for him. http://www.politicususa.com/en/michael-moore-keith-olbermann Keith Olbermann Breaks Silence On MSNBC Exit; Could Earn $100M at Current TV [image]local://upfiles/392475/2881B69EC5B14E22A1DEB4353CE47844.jpg[/image]
