This game is simple, all you have to do is make up a song title that sounds like a country music song but isn't one. Each new title must use at least one one word from the prior title.

Lets get it started:

If you really loved me, you'd wash my truck.

C'mon guys. It's easy. Don't make me play with myself... er... I mean BY myself. Here is another...

I married your twin sister because she told me she was you...

I've Got Water In My Ears From Crying In My Bed Over You

(I didn't make that up, though, I heard it a really long time ago)

The Doggone Dog's Done Ate My Dinner
(But The Wife Ran Off So I'M Still A Winner)

By the way, Windchymes, I think the song you were thinking of is actually titled: I've Got Tears In My Ears (From Lying on My Back In My Bed As I Cry Over You)

I tried to find it on YouTube and came up empty, but did find a short clip of the first few lines here:
http://www.themadmusicarchive.com/song_details.aspx?SongID=5691

edited to add that the first few lines are probably enough!

Dinner's Gonna Be Late - it's Country Fried Steak

The Chorus:
Your momma truly loves it - it's salty and greasy and awesome
It's the best steak in town and made from roadkill 'possum
