OK, I might be clueless, but I haven't seen any threads being pulled apart from some trolling ones. Am I missing out on something really important?

There have been a few pulled lately.

1. Aspiring pro Domme living in Europe introduced herself and complained that she isn't getting moneyslaves flocking to her.  Redundant with her intro, and pulled.
2. A male slave whining about not meeting anyone yet, in the Positive Experiences forum, which is exclusively for talking about people you HAVE met.  Pulled.
3. A few days ago, an incoherent one about whores' ads on cl, which nobody could figure out.  I suspect that it was pulled due to prostitution being illegal, but might have been due to comments on the OP's intellect.

I'm not so sure about 'pulled', as that's more of a tights thing (or pantie-hose, as my American cousins call then)

But have put the knees and arse out of a few pairs of jens.

Alpha, I noticed a few more missing. Is that the way ? Maybe have a talk with some of these Mods. I was just looking for anther one today, gone like the wind.

If these threads are worth anything, their eradication is therefore a waste.

It's doubtful they are worth much, if anything.

Personally, I'd rather leave the decision to what is worthwhile to the moderators and not you.

Nope, just for myself, notice I said that it's good that *I* didn't miss much, if you decide you missed much, that's up to you.

Termy buys into a lot of that conspiracy stuff which sometimes gets pulled on the P&R section because the conspiracists on CM go ballistic whenever anyone questions their deeply cherished beliefs about 9/11, flouride, etc. etc. etc. etc.

Yeah but Hunky dropped another bomb. There is a flesh eating virus in cocaine apparently. Surely that's a conspiracy, like paraquat.

There are no useless threads, just useless respondants. Have fun with it. I have another computer question, but you know what ? It has nothing to do with a problem. I will never bring my problems here again. Put it this way, if I can post, I am on the internt(z), so how could I have a problem ?

He dropped a turd which some would consider as dangerous as a bomb! At least people would flee from it.

Oh yeah and flesh eating viruses are even found in relatively sterile environments like hospitals. lol

Do flesh eating bugs in cocaine work faster?

Do they wear shades at night and have gold chains with little microscopic spoons on em?

Enquiring minds wanna know.

Why don't you sign up on one of the multitude of computer tech boards that are out there? It seems a more logical choice to pose questions about computer related issues on one of those sites than on a kink chat board.
Perhaps you could do that after you're done with your pity party. :D

Or mayhap one of them threads got pulled because I professed in that thread a scientific interest in the mind of a specific sub with a cognitive disability? It is my impression that CM is not science minded - which is unfortunate.

That is why hospitals are so very dangerous, because they are relatively sterile. There is no interspecies bacterial competition to keep the disease causing bacteria in check.

Bacteria and viruses are two different entities. Hospitals, as a whole, aren't sterile or even relatively so. The operating rooms are about as close as you can get to that category, but that is only a part of the whole.

MRSA is perhaps the biggest killer in hospitals. It developed due to anti-biotic resistance after their overuse. Only rigorous screening and hygene seems to minisime it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Methicillin-resistant_Staphylococcus_aureus

Sterile was probably the wrong word. Perhaps hygenic would have been better. The point was that flesh eating viruses can even hit patients in that sort of clean environment so it is little wonder drugs like cocaine can contain all sorts of nasties when they are processed in pretty filthy conditions.

I get your point. I have become overly sensitive to the inaccuracies posted on these boards to the point that I guess I'm nitpickin' here. But on the more egregious statements others have made, it's really bothersome to think anyone might take the poster's "truth" as an absolute truth, when the reality is, it's a fallacy.

Oh, I should have added earlier on that viruses are not flesh eating. Bacteria is the culprit in these cases. It's been theorized that these bacteria are infected with a type of virus that confers properties that allow these bacterial forms to create necrotizing fasciitis.
